Office Manager for an extremely busy real estate office. Our office managers must be detailed oriented, organized, and willing to provide world class customer service to our agents and guests. We need someone with a positive, go to attitude, who can provide as much assistance as possible to our team of agents so they can lead our growth in North Carolina.
Experience in managing a group of busy sales professionals in the real estate industry or related sales based industry is preferred. Tasks include: (1) administrative support, (2) transaction management, (3) database management, and (4) lead tracking. Skills required ability to: (1) work in fast paced sales environment, (2) work with a team of professionals, (3) multitask across a variety of software programs, and (4) must be technology driven. Dynamic office environment that requires an individual who takes initiative and assumes ownership of projects to completion. Successful individual must have a willingness to learn and grow as busy team reaches levels of sales success.
