Gennie Ellis, Greensboro native, majored and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. Accompanying her degree, a minor in Media Journalism from North Carolina Central University. She continued her education at North Carolina Central University receiving her Master’s degree in Educational Technology further completing her Business/ Marketing certification from NC State University.
As a visionary, Gennie has pursued multiple industries. She extensively expanded (mastered) her skills, facilitating successful roles in teaching, mortgage banking, and hospitality.
Local Raleigh resident, Gennie’s thirst for Real Estate grew exponentially working with a Triangle home builder. It is here the passion for a lifelong career in Real Estate began.
With her finely honed attention to detail and experience in property leasing and tax credit, Gennie is committed to the expansion of CityPlat’s footprint within the industry. Joining CityPlat’s Property Management team she will contribute to the company’s continued success.
Thoroughly enjoying entrepreneurial ventures, Gennie enjoys event planning, participating in faith-based organizations and interior design.
