John Gainey, a Raleigh native and proud double major graduate of Emory & Henry College obtained a BS in Business Management and a BA History. Having a long-time passion for Commercial Real Estate and love for Raleigh and its small-town, city feel, John looked to join the industry committing to the development and growth of a flourishing area. John joined the CityPlat team in 2021 as an analyst with strong skill sets in market research, data interpretation, and attention to detail. He looks forward to building relationships throughout the triangle and being a valuable member of the team contributing to the contagious energetic culture of CityPlat.
