Peter Conlin Joins CityPlat as Managing Partner, Brings Decades of CRE Expertise to Raleigh Market.
CityPlat is pleased to announce that Peter Conlin has joined the firm as a Managing Director of Brokerage bringing over two decades of commercial real estate expertise to the Raleigh-Durham market. Peter joins CityPlat following a distinguished career in the Boston market, where he established himself as a trusted advisor and strategic leader across multiple real estate platforms including brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and advisory services.
Prior to joining CityPlat, Peter held senior leadership positions with several nationally recognized firms including Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE/New England, where he was named Partner in 2015. Throughout his career, he has represented a wide range of sophisticated ownership groups and tenants, executing over $2 billion in real estate transactions across the office, life science, retail and industrial sectors. His client roster has included DivcoWest, Trident Capital Group, First Eagle Investments, and Accorda Therapeutics among others.
In addition to his transaction expertise, Peter has led strategic repositioning and lease-up efforts for several high-profile Boston assets, including 225 Franklin Street, 131 Dartmouth Street and 60 State Street, contributing to significant value creation and long-term performance.
A graduate of Skidmore College, Peter now brings his entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge to CityPlat, where he will focus on driving strategic growth through talent acquisition and platform development. He leads initiatives to expand CityPlat’s local and national brokerage presence, recruit top-tier professionals, and develop innovative systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
Peter currently resides in Raleigh, NC, and remains active in several charitable and industry organizations, including the Billy Cunningham Memorial Foundation. Outside of the office Peter enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters and passionately supporting Boston’s sports teams.
