Previously working the jewelry trade for 15 years in both NYC and Palm Beach, he has honed his skills in sales, business development, and market analysis, which he now applies to assist his commercial real estate clients. Preston’s exceptional negotiation abilities, expertise in property acquisition and disposition, and his knack for selecting prime locations are complemented by his extensive knowledge of the market. His strong networking skills and creative approach have consistently delivered successful outcomes for his international, regional, and local clients. As a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, NAR, TCAR and the American Society of Appraisers, Preston is well-connected within the industry. In his free time, he enjoys indulging in fly-fishing, reading, exercise and playing tennis.
