With more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, Will Clark has managed over $1.5B, and financed more than $400MM, working for developers and capital providers on projects around the United States. Since 2019, he has led the acquisition of more than $55MM in real estate in North Carolina and Virginia.
In a career focused on underperforming and undervalued properties, Will managed more than 30,000 apartments and 5,000 mobile home sites in primary, secondary, and tertiary markets across the country. He has worked on adaptive reuse, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties, and recently helped entitle an outdoor hospitality project in the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts.
Will lives in Durham and serves on the boards of Farmer Foodshare and Forge Teams.
