Role Overview

CityPlat is hiring experienced commercial real estate brokers who want a serious platform—not a traditional shop.
This role is for seasoned producers, not juniors, trainees, or residential agents transitioning into CRE.

We focus on real assets, real complexity, and real upside.

What You’ll Work On

  • Investment sales (value-add and core-plus)
  • Land transactions and entitlements
  • Retail, industrial, flex, and special-use leasing
  • Development-oriented brokerage assignments
  • Advisory work tied to zoning, density, and highest-and-best-use analysis

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10+ years of commercial brokerage experience
  • Demonstrated transaction history

  • Strong market knowledge in the Triangle or Triad
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; self-directed and disciplined
  • Active NC real estate license required
