Our company seeks to acquire existing industrial, flex and retail buildings with value-add potential. We will eagerly consider opportunities in excellent, infill locations near major metro’s or employment centers with positive demographic growth.

While our primary focus is on small bay industrial and multi-tenant neighborhood retail centers, our diverse experience in acquisition and development of various types of commercial assets makes us ideally positioned to take on mostly any repositioning or redevelopment project from multi-family and residential land entitlement to adoptive re-use conversions and build-to-suits for national tenants. We are very opportunistic, so if you have a project that makes financial sense, we would love to hear the story and would be interested in taking a look at it for acquisition, joint-venture or partnership.

We value relationships in the business, and protect brokers who bring us off-market deals. Long-term ownership of real estate is one of the best way to create generational wealth, so we allow and encourage brokers to roll in their fees and participate in acquisition deals with us.
