Gina Monteiro serves as Executive Assistant and Provisional Broker at CityPlat, supporting brokerage, asset management, and investment strategy alongside Partner G. Patel and the firm’s broader platform. Known for her operational precision and relationship-driven approach, she plays a key role in advancing transactions and portfolio execution across the team.

She brings more than $225 million in prior real estate transaction experience, with a background spanning residential sales, new construction, and client advisory. Gina is particularly skilled at aligning people, properties, and strategy—helping clients and partners move forward with clarity and confidence.

Gina served as a guest speaker at Florida Gulf Coast University’s Lutgert College of Business, delivering sessions on new construction and market dynamics. She also founded and led a volunteer-supported yoga service organization for seven years at a shelter supporting abused and abandoned children. Gina is a published contributing author in the anthology Stories of Humankind, where her chapter, “Inspiring You, Inspiring Me,” reflects on her work at the shelter.
