White Oak Properties and CityPlat are developing a mixed-use condo project called Kress Condos in downtown Durham, featuring 26 residential units, retail space, and a high-tech CityLift parking system at 162 Ramseur St. The four-story development will include larger rooftop units with outdoor spaces, with construction expected to begin by year-end and take about one year to complete, while pricing and commercial tenants are still being finalized.
