CityPlat LLC closes 2nd Long-Term Lease with Crafty Crab Restaurant franchise in North Carolina this Year!

Raleigh, Nov 18, 2019 (  – Crafty Crab Restaurant is a new growing and constantly expanding Cajun Seafood Franchise that currently has 13 locations in several states and many more locations to come! The company headquarters are in Jacksonville, FL and according to their website, Crafty Crab offers the freshest seafood and most authentic recipes in the area. Earlier this year in August, CityPlat LLC successfully closed a 10-year Long-Term Lease with Crafty Crab Restaurant Franchise for 2nd Generation Restaurant Building at 8480 Pit Stop Court in Concord, NC. The 8,081 SF Restaurant building was originally constructed for Mayflower Restaurant and recently occupied by Wooden Spoon. Presently, this site is undergoing renovations.

Three months later, CityPlat LLC finalized lease negotiations and inked a deal to open another Crafty Crab location at 3625 Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC.  This one-story, 4,942 SF building on 0.95 acres is situated on the hard corner, at the prime intersection of Hillsborough and Gorman Streets in Downtown Raleigh. This excellent location benefits from significant traffic and market exposure. $98K+ Household revenue within a 3-mile radius with strong income and growth projections. The property is surrounded by NC State University and Meredith College and considered to be a unique and turn-key opportunity. Originally, constructed as an Applebee’s restaurant in 1991(remodeled in 2012), it was continuously operated by Apple Gold, one of Applebee’s largest franchisees. This fully outfitted 2nd generation restaurant will now feature a Crafty Crab Seafood restaurant chain. The site is currently undergoing renovations.
