Chelsea first entered the commercial real estate industry after serving in the United States Air Force where she was an Intelligence Analyst. After reentering civilian life, she decided to step into the commercial real estate industry locally in Indianapolis as an office and marketing manager for a boutique firm. It was here that she learned the industry, what it was like to assist brokers, and most importantly, what it took to market not only the company but listings, as well.
After a few years there, she decided to expand her commercial real estate knowledge by working for a site selection firm which helped companies expand throughout the United States by focusing on location modeling, analysis and incentive procurement. After gaining a unique outlook in the CRE industry by assisting companies from the operations side, and missing the creative side that commercial real estate marketing offers, she joined a firm several years ago where she worked with hundreds of commercial real estate companies and clients throughout the United States as their marketing partner while also leading a team of marketing professionals.
Wanting to keep growing personally and professionally, Chelsea formed FocusedCRE in which she directly supports the CityPlat team in all marketing efforts.
