Keith began his real estate journey in the Raleigh market back in 2008. Keith’s experience with commercial real estate began as a dental practice investor. For over a decade, he has managed multiple dental practices across the Triangle, where he became skilled in assets management.
A graduate from Barton College with a dual degree in Business and Biology, Keith has called Raleigh his home for more than fifteen years. He has invested locally and adapted to the ever changing landscape of the Raleigh market. His experience includes buying and flipping residential investment units, property management, and has transitioned into commercial acquisitions and leasing. All the while, making a name for himself among local businesses in the Triangle area. His passion has been to help small businesses establish a name for themselves locally and achieve their long sought American dream.
Keith has been a part of the CityPlat team since 2019, transitioning from a Client Relations Supervisor to a licensed NC Certified Broker; specializing in acquisitions and leasing of personal commercial spaces in the State of North Carolina.
