Lauren Williams, is the Executive Assistant to founder and CEO, Nikita Zhitov, and the newest member of the CityPlat Team. As a North Carolina native and double MBA graduate from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the University of Valencia, she demonstrates a passion for growth and tenacious persistence. Her previous career experience ranges from leading sales roles to managing a Fortune 500 company, where her passion for commercial real estate began.
Upon graduate school, Lauren worked as a manager at Sherwin Williams, a paint and coating manufacturing company. Following her management position, Lauren desired to further her knowledge in delivering high-quality products and services in the area of sales and leadership. As a Sales Leader, Lauren was noted as a top performer for generating a pipeline of 1.5M, boosting the company’s efficiency through leadership, strategic guidance and client outreach. Lauren oversaw a range of workforce management duties, including schedule management, training, logistics and report management to assist her team in critical challenges and KPIs.
