Nick Melfi is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Asset Manager at CityPlat, specializing in small- and mid-bay industrial and flex properties across North Carolina. He works closely with partner and founder Vincenzo Verdino, where he’s gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, leasing, investor relations, and asset management. Nick is known for his drive, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving, finding unique ways to get deals done while building lasting relationships with tenants, investors, and property owners.

A New Jersey native with a Finance degree from the University of Delaware, Nick began his career in Boston’s tech sector before transitioning into commercial real estate in Raleigh-Durham. His energy and solutions-oriented mindset have made him a trusted resource for businesses and investors navigating the market.

Outside the office, Nick enjoys traveling, playing and watching baseball (an avid Yankees fan), and spending time with his fiancée Amelia and their two dogs, Moose and Nellie.
