Walker was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. As a lifelong Wolfpack fan, he proudly graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree from the Poole College of Management. Walker’s passion for real estate was ignited during his academic career when he and a partner founded a successful short-term rental cleaning business. Since then, he has been relentlessly pursuing opportunities in the commercial real estate industry. With a sharp and creative mind and a tenacious appetite for deal-making, little can stand between him and his ambitious goals.

When Walker takes time for himself, you’ll often find him with his family and fiancée at Kerr Lake, basking in the sun or exploring new destinations. He is a firm believer that you should be doing something everyday that improves upon your mind, body, and soul. To this end, you might catch him honing his craft, participating in the Triangle Adult Soccer League, or simply relaxing with friends over a sports game.
